At Kids at Play

we believe every child deserves the chance to move, play, and grow. Our scholarships ensure that all kids can participate in physical and creative activities like flag football, swimming, art, and music regardless of income or access. We partner with local organizations to provide transportation, mentorship, and inclusive opportunities that support healthy development through team-based and individual programs.

OUR PROGRAMS

Our Life Skills & Cultural Cooking Program empowers kids with practical tools for everyday living. Through hands-on experiences, children explore multicultural foods, learn budgeting and meal prepping, and discover how to navigate dietary needs with confidence and creativity. Rooted in curiosity and collective learning, this program encourages kids to make smart, healing food choices while building independence, cultural awareness, and a lifelong love for nourishing themselves and others.

Homeless Not Voiceless
Reclaim Your Voice Through Art
Homeless Not Voiceless is our pioneer program designed to help individuals experiencing housing instability reconnect with their creative passions and rediscover the power of artistic expression. Whether you're a singer, actor, painter, writer, or simply someone who once dreamed in color, this program offers a pathway back to your art. Through group-based workshops, mentorship, and peer support, participants are encouraged to explore their talents, build confidence, and transform their creative energy into opportunity. More than a program it's a space for social reconnection, healing, and personal empowerment through the arts.
